This was the launch of our December drink/drug drive campaign with stop checks taking place at South Park in #Lincoln.
🚔 38 drivers were pulled over.
👍 Zero were over the limit for alcohol.
👎 6 tickets issued for excess speed, failing to stop at a red light, a bald tyre and 3 for mobile phone use.
We were greeted with support from the majority of drivers and we would like to say thank you for your patience and for understanding why we are doing this.
Our checks points will continue at various times and locations.
